Guali Privacy Policy

Logical Works operates Guali and is the controller of app account and learning data. For privacy requests contact logicalworks.gd@gmail.com.

• Account and eligibility: email, user ID, first and last name, sign-in provider, date of birth or age band, guardian confirmation where applicable, and policy acceptance.
• Learning: selected languages, levels, goals, practice, corrections, proficiency evidence, and recent conversation text.
• Voice: device speech recognition handles microphone audio. Guali does not store microphone recordings; recognized text can become part of a conversation.
• Preferences and notifications: local theme, avatar and voice settings; notification token, time zone and delivery data if morning phrases are enabled.
• Security: App Check attestations, rate limits, service logs and pseudonymous identifiers.
• Advertising: AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, consent choices and diagnostics.
• Subscriptions: Google Play purchase token, product ID, status and expiry used to verify access. Guali does not receive full payment-card details.

We use account, learning and subscription data to provide the service and perform the learner's subscription contract. We process limited security data to protect the service and prevent abuse. Optional notifications and device permissions rely on the learner's permission or applicable guardian authorization. Ad requests are made only when the consent platform permits them; consent is collected where required. We do not sell account, conversation or learning data.

AI-based proficiency estimates are educational recommendations; they do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, storage, functions, speech and notifications. OpenAI generates tutor replies and assessments; tutor requests are configured not to be stored by its model API. ElevenLabs voices the Home Agent and Google Cloud Text-to-Speech voices Tutor lessons and provides fallback. Android speech services recognize microphone input. Google AdMob and approved partners provide the home-screen ad banner. Google Play handles subscriptions and billing. Google, Facebook and Apple may provide optional sign-in.

Providers may process data outside the learner's country, including outside the EEA. Applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards govern those transfers. Contact us for more information about a specific transfer.

• Conversation memory expires 30 days after the latest activity and may be cleared earlier.
• Temporary speech audio files are removed from the Android device after playback.
• Disabling morning phrases removes the messaging token from Guali.
• Account, progress and subscription entitlement records remain while the account is active. Account deletion removes Guali's purchase-token record, while Google Play may keep transaction records under its own terms and law.
• Limited security, provider and consent records follow applicable operational or legal retention periods.

Depending on your location, you may access, correct, export or delete data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; review advertising choices; and complain to your data-protection authority. In Guali, visit Settings → Information → Account & Login to export data or delete your account. Use Settings for notification and advertising privacy choices. Email logicalworks.gd@gmail.com if you cannot complete a request in the app.

1. Sign in to Guali.
2. Open Settings → Information → Account & Login.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

This removes your Guali Authentication account, profile, conversations, language progress, sessions, notification data and purchase-token record. To delete only conversation history, use the Tutor Chat delete-history control. If you cannot access the app, email logicalworks.gd@gmail.com from the account address with “Guali account deletion” in the subject; we may verify ownership. Limited records may be retained only where legally required. Deleting a Guali account does not cancel a Google Play subscription—cancel it separately in Google Play.

Guali is not available to children under 13. Learners under 18 must confirm guardian permission. Teen accounts receive under-age advertising treatment and non-personalized ad requests. Additional local consent rules may apply.

Guali uses authentication, App Check, private database rules, encrypted connections, server-held secrets, rate limits and data minimization. No system is completely secure. Material policy changes will receive a new version and, where required, renewed acknowledgement.
