Guali Terms of Use

These Terms govern Guali, the Android language-learning service provided by Logical Works. By creating an account and using Guali, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and have guardian authorization where required. Keep account information accurate and secure.

Guali offers AI-assisted conversation practice in Spanish, Japanese, French, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese and German, with translations, corrections, subtitles and progress estimates. It is a learning aid and does not guarantee fluency or error-free translations. A clearly separated AdMob banner appears on the home screen, including for paying subscribers.

Monthly and annual plans are sold through Google Play. Advertised US prices are $1.99 per month and $19.99 per year; the final local price, tax, renewal terms and any introductory offer appear in Google Play before you confirm. A seven-day trial applies only if Google Play offers it to your account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Cancellation generally keeps access until the current paid or trial period ends. Google Play handles payment and refunds under its purchase terms and applicable law. Ads remain visible with paid access. Deleting a Guali account does not cancel a Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play separately to avoid further charges.

AI answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important translations. Do not rely on Guali for legal, medical, financial, emergency or other professional advice.

• Do not bypass authentication, App Check, rate limits or other security.
• Do not use Guali for unlawful, abusive, exploitative or rights-infringing content.
• Do not enter passwords, secrets or highly sensitive information into tutor conversations.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the service except where law allows.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Logical Works may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse investigation, legal compliance or maintenance. We will communicate material changes when required by law.

Guali branding, software, interface and original content belong to Logical Works or licensors. You retain rights in your input, subject to processing needed to operate the service. You can delete your account in Settings → Information → Account & Login. Deletion ends Guali access but does not cancel a subscription or erase Google Play's separate purchase records.

Guali is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. For support or disputes contact logicalworks.gd@gmail.com.
